In Europa besteht ein großes Potenzial für Energieeffizienz-Dienstleistungen (EEDL). Nach ChangeBest-Schätzungen wird der EEDL-Markt bis 2020 um mehrere Milliarden Euro wachsen. Ein neues Geschäft zu entwickeln, bei dem mit Energiesparen Geld verdient wird, ist spannend – aber auch extrem fordernd. Das Projekt ChangeBest (2009-2012) unterstützte neue und bestehende Anbieter bei der Umsetzung ihrer Dienstleistungsideen in profitable Geschäftsmodelle durch Marktanalysen, Erfahrungsaustausch, Strategiekonzepte und individuelle Beratungen.Ziel dabei war, zur Entwicklung der EEDL-Märkte beizutragen.
